Daily Diamonds – Heaven: A Place Where Fear Cannot Follow

Isaiah 35:10 (ESV) – “And the ransomed of the Lord shall return… everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; they shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.”

Fear haunts every corner of our fallen world. We fear loss. We fear pain. We fear rejection, failure, and the unknown. But Heaven is a place where fear cannot follow. It is locked out forever.

There are no alarms in Heaven. No locked doors. No enemies lurking. No danger hiding in the shadows. The gates of the New Jerusalem are never shut—not because of negligence, but because of absolute security (Revelation 21:25).

In Heaven, there is nothing left to defend. Nothing to prove. Nothing to protect. The threats that chased you on earth—grief, disease, betrayal, fear of the future—are forever silenced. Sorrow and sighing flee in the presence of the King.

The Bible doesn’t just promise safety—it promises peace. Jesus said, “Let not your hearts be troubled” because He was preparing this place. There, the peace of God is not something we try to hold on to—it holds us. Fear will have no voice. Only joy remains.

Heaven is not only a place without danger—it’s a place of complete rest, where nothing can steal your joy again.

Proverbs 1:33 – “But whoever listens to me will dwell secure and will be at ease, without dread of disaster.”

Psalm 23:4 – “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me…”

Romans 8:15 – “You did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear…”

Life Application: Are you weary from fear? Do anxieties follow you like shadows? Look ahead to Heaven, where fear is not only gone—it’s forgotten. Your future is sealed, your Father is near, and joy is yours forever.
