Daily Diamonds – Heaven: A Land of Righteousness
2 Peter 3:13 (ESV) – “But according to his promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.”
We live in a broken world—where evil is praised, truth is questioned, and justice often feels delayed. But Heaven is not like this world. Heaven is the land of righteousness.
In Heaven, nothing sinful will enter. There will be no corruption, no deceit, no injustice—only holiness, purity, and peace. Christ Himself will rule in righteousness, and every part of life will reflect His goodness and glory.
We will no longer wrestle with temptation. Our thoughts will be pure. Our hearts undivided. The fruit of the Spirit will flow freely—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness… forever. As Isaiah wrote, “The effect of righteousness will be peace, and the result… quietness and trust forever.”
Heaven is not just where God dwells—it’s where His character defines the atmosphere.
Isaiah 60:21 (ESV) – “Your people shall all be righteous; they shall possess the land forever…”
Revelation 21:27 (ESV) – “But nothing unclean will ever enter it… but only those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life.”
Psalm 23:3 (ESV) – “He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”
